Calendar Challenge ( May 15-June 15)

Yoga & Anxiety
Starting: April 6, 2021- May 25, 2021 from 7:30-9:00pm.
What you get:
8 Weeks of a one hour yoga practice with an additional 30 minutes dedicated to the mental health component.
A workbook with 8 lessons targeted to working on skills of coping with anxiety and targeting those thought patterns.
Additional information on breathing techniques, yoga poses, simple yoga flows and mindfulness.
You get two yoga teachers who are both trained in yoga and mental health. ( for our bios check out the team section on the website)
If you have benefits then part of the cost can be reimbursed as there is a therapy component and the one instructor is a mental health therapist.

Essential Mind & Body Groups
An integrative approach to a healthy relationship with self. This group is tailored to adult women. The team is comprised of two therapists and a nutrition coach. The participants will have a full in-person day of learning. Then over the course of four weeks they will receive:
One lesson per week on nutrition or mental health
One lesson per week on yoga or mindfulness
Online support
Binder of presentation notes and resources
The participants will learn skills that help in coping with feelings around eating, exercise, body image, self-esteem and other life stressors.
